Lathe Laboratory
Lathe laboratory is a place where students do practicum about lathe machining practice. Practices carried out by students are in the form of doing jobs related to the turning process. The turning process is a machining process that uses a chisel with one cutting edge to remove material from the surface of a rotating workpiece. The tool moves in a linear direction parallel to the workpiece rotating axis as shown in the figure. Objects that are made usually have a symmetrical shape. In this Lathe Laboratory besides there are lathe machine there are also milling machines and scrap machines
Welding Laboratory
Welding Laboratory is a place where students do practicum about welding. In the welding laboratory there are several welding machine units and a room for storing welding support tools. In the welding laboratory students practice several welding techniques, the practice is packaged by providing jobsheets which include the application of welding techniques,
Chassis Laboratory
Chassis Laboratory is a place where students do practicum about vehicle chassis and vehicle electricity. Inside the Chassis workshop there are several units of cars and motorbikes and there are several vehicle electrical props.
CNC Laboratory
The CNC laboratory is a place where students do practicum about of CNC machining practice. A CNC machine is a machine that can move automatically by inserting a program into the machine. In the CNC laboratory there is a CNC Milling Machine and CNC Turning Machine. In addition to these two machines, in the CNC workshop there are also several personal computer units that are used to create programs that will used to operate the CNC machine.
Motor Fuel Laboratory
The Motor Fuel Laboratory is a place where students do practicum about practice regarding combustion motors. In the combustion motorbike workshop, there are several engine stands that are used by students to learn about the combustion motor process. Here, students learn firsthand the process of the combustion motor, where material about the combustion motor has been previously given.
Bench Work Laboratory
The Bench Work Laboratory is a place where students do practical about bench work. In the Bench Work Laboratory students do practice about how to use various hand tools. Hand tools used include files of various shapes, saws, etc. Here, students do a practicum with a jobsheet system that includes material on the use of various available hand tools.
